Eating Healthy to Lose Weight Fast and Have More Energy

How to stop being so confused, lose weight fast, have more energy, and feel like a million bucks!

I do not know, but it's tiring to watch and see all the different nutrition, diet books and weight loss there. It got to the point where it's just white noise. There is an answer to everything and a contradiction of all responses.

Why is it so hard for people to eat healthy, lose weight fast and have more energy?

Two words ... Information overload! How can you make informed decisions about a nutrition program when the grass is always greener on the other side. And I would even go further and say that it should not be that hard. Should not be that hard to eat foods that help you lose weight fast, maintain and give you more energy. In all my years of study, the best way I've found is to eat more natural foods (ie organic, grass fed, free range, without preservatives and processed sugars) and eat for your metabolic type.

What is your metabolic type? It is divided into three categories:

Metabolic Typing is based on eating foods that their ancestors ate. The bodies of their ancestors adapted to the foods that were around. The chemistry and genetics has too. When you eat these foods, your body will respond positively, processed food is better and you feel happy and excited. When you start to feel satisfied with their meal, they are more likely to eat less (parts) and snack less deficient in nutrients (calories / fat in excess) food. In addition, your mood will improve and you will feel less lethargic.

Evaluation is very easy to take and what I call, scientifically intuitive. You get a score at the end of the test, but this is to identify which category you fall into the category. More importantly, the test really make you think about how you feel after eating certain foods and what works best for you. Broccoli has many amazing health benefits, but that does not mean it's good for you! I can personally attest to the effectiveness of this form of "common sense" to eat. Always "eat healthy", but I never felt my best. Physically, I felt healthy and had a minimum of body fat, but I felt more lethargic and tired of the time. Once I made this assessment and twisted through a simple tracking, I began to feel my potential for feeling good.

This is a much easier way to eat, as it is not a dogmatic regime that is restrictive and not necessarily deprived of the foods you like to eat. This means shopping at the grocery store is not overwhelming and do not feel guilty about "out" of your diet when eating out. The food you choose to fall in line with your metabolic type restaurant. You deserve to look and feel your best and want to help you get there!
